Revision Policy

TechDigitals offers unlimited revisions at no additional cost, provided the fundamental design and philosophy of the project remain unchanged. The revision turnaround time is 48 hours to ensure timely updates that meet our clients’ needs.

Design Proposals and Approval

  • Funds deposited for a project are non-refundable after completion unless TechDigitals cancels or terminates the contract for reasons unrelated to your violation or non-performance.

  • Refund requests related to design proposals are only accepted before approval or modification of the initial concepts. Once you approve or request changes, the refund offer becomes void.

  • Refund policies:

    • Before initial design concepts delivery: Full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

    • Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

    • Between 48 and 120 hours after delivery: 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

    • After 120 hours of initial design delivery: No refunds, but customers can reach out for further revisions.

    • If no action is taken for 30 days: No refund, but reactivation is possible with an applicable fee.

Final Files and Completed Services

  • No refund requests will be entertained after final files have been delivered.

  • For website packages, no refunds will be provided once development is completed or the website is deployed live.

  • For video animation packages, no refunds will be entertained after the storyboard design is completed.

Refund Requests and Communication

  • All refund requests must be communicated to the support department.

  • TechDigitals reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on contract terms.

Custom Packages and Additional Services

  • Refund policies for custom packages remain the same as for single packages.

  • If multiple services are ordered and one is approved, a refund can only be claimed for the non-approved service within the initial design phase.

Valid Reasons for Refunds

  • A refund request must align with the original design brief and customer feedback for revisions.

  • If a design is not created according to the brief, further revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved instead of issuing a refund.

Good Faith and Multiple Design Agency Orders

  • Money-back guarantees apply to good-faith orders.

  • If a customer has placed design orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim refunds, TechDigitals reserves the right to deny the request.

Customer Involvement and Feedback

  • Customers must provide feedback and actively participate in the revision process to finalize the design.

Unique Design Guarantee

  • TechDigitals guarantees 100% unique designs.

  • If a designed logo is found to be considerably similar to another, a redraw will be offered.

  • Copyrighting the artwork remains the client’s responsibility.

Closure of Business Activity

  • Payments made for SEO and social media services are non-refundable, even if the client ceases business operations.

Website Design and Development

  • Payments for website design and development are non-refundable due to the time, resources, and internal expenses involved, regardless of project duration.

SEO and Social Media Marketing

  • Payments made for SEO and social media marketing services are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Content Writing Packages

  • There are no refunds for content writing packages.

Patent and Trademark Fees

  • Paid patent and trademark fees are generally non-refundable, except in rare cases where the filing process has not been completed.

Testlink Approval and Legal Paperwork Services

  • No refunds will be provided once mockups or websites are placed on a test link and approved.

  • No refunds will be provided for legal paperwork services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • TechDigitals is committed to refining and revising designs until customer satisfaction is achieved.

Domain and Hosting

  • Domain and hosting services are not included by default and must be purchased separately unless specified otherwise.

  • If you choose not to host your website with TechDigitals, email accounts will not be provided.

  • No refunds are available for hosting, domain, or email server packages.

Delivery Policy

  • All design order files are delivered via email promptly.

  • Revision and refund policies apply from the date of design order delivery, communicated through email, text, or phone.

  • Standard delivery time: 5 to 7 days.

  • Rush Delivery Option: Initial logo samples within 48 hours for an additional $100 fee.

  • 24-Hour Customer Support is available for assistance.

Communication Policy

  • TechDigitals is not liable for communications from unauthorized email addresses or numbers not listed on our official website.

  • We take responsibility only for emails and calls made from official TechDigitals contact points.

Access to Information

  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.

  • TechDigitals reserves the right to deny access or suspend accounts if incorrect details are provided.

Prohibitions

  • TechDigitals assists in integrating third-party plugins and APIs based on standard practices.

  • We do not engage in third-party negotiations or transactions during development.

  • Additional third-party integration work requires a separate fee agreement.
